Wednesday's Prayer

Wednesday's reading http://www.gnpcb.org/esv/devotions/one.year.tract/

God, make me like blind Bartimaeus because before his eyes worked he could see what was important. My eyes work and I spend more time missing what is important than seeing what is important. He cried out to you. Bartimaeus would not be silent. He knew he had nothing to lose and everything to gain by meeting with You. Lord, may I live like Bartimaeus. May I show my wife and daughter what it is to live like Bartimaeus. Lord come near! Lord have mercy on me! Son of David, I want to recover my sight. I want to see Your glory. I want to walk with you. I want to spring up when you call.

Help me Father; help my unbelief
Amen
